Our store is closed on Saturdays and Sundays, however our Sales Center remains open from 9am - 9pm (est) to process your order. Orders placed on Sunday willbe processed the following day.

Refunds/Exchanges
We are happy to replace any defective or damaged products returned within 14 days of the delivery date, no questions asked. Other items may be returned for a store credit only. Special orders may not be returned for any reason other than if they are damaged. Exchanges on special orders are made only with expressed written conscent of the management of Stylo Fine Pens.
Returned items must be new, unused, and returned in original packaging. "New and unused" means that there are no scratches or signs of wear and tear on the product. The tags, case and the product must not have been altered in any way. We will not accept a return with any indication that an item has been used.
In addition, returned items must be accompanied with original documents and receipts.
All items properly returned under this policy are eligible for an exchange, or a store credit.

- Special Orders
A 15% Re-stocking fee will apply to any order that we agree to accept as a return. If we agree to allow a special order return, you must receive this in writing.
Return Shipping Cost
If you are returning a defective product or if we shipped an item that you did not order, Stylo Fine Pens will pay the return-shipping costs. Stylo Fine Pens will not assume responsibility for return-shipping losses.
Ship your return prepaid and insure it for the full purchase price and make sure to receive a tracking number.

Stylo Fine Pens will not accept any item that is not returned in the above described manner. A return of some of the items in an order may void a multiple-purchase discount. Merchandise that has been special ordered may not be returned.
It may take up to 14 days to process your refund once we receive the item(s). We will notify you of the status of your return by e-mail.

Almost any pen can be engraved. Once you have selected the item(s) to be engraved, click the link below to view engraving styles. Gift Wrap
Gift Wrap costs $3.50 per pen and includes a gift card. Gift Wrap for Montblanc Pens & Accessories is complimentary. If you are making your purchase Online, select the gift wrap option in the check-out area. If you are ordering by phone, simply let one of our customer service associates know that you would like your item(s) gift wrapped before shipping.
Shipping & Delivery
Items in stock typically ship within 2-3 business days from the date your order was placed regardless of which shipping method you select. Items which are not in stock or that are drop shipped from the manufacturer usually ship within 3-5 business days of the date the order is placed. When your order is shipped, it will ship with which ever delivery method you originally selected when you placed the order.
You will be notified if an item you've ordered is out of stock or on back order. We will usually try to ship in stock items ahead of items on back order so that you may receive in stock items as quickly as possible. You will not be charged additional shipping for back ordered tems shipped seperately.
Delivery rates apply from the date your items are shipped, not from the date you placed your order.

Orders received After That Time Will Not Be Processed Until The Following Business Day.
